SHIPPING DETAILS

All exhibitor shipments must be arranged through the group’s contractor or Drayage Company. Please provide these companies with the Hotel’s Shipping Address:

1. Contact name (guest or planner who will claim the package(s))

A/V Rental

To rent Audio Visual equipment and submit payment, refer to the instructions located in the AV rental form attached.  Online orders must be submitted by June 21 and orders after this date will need to handled though Marc Delisle (details below).
